GRISSOM, Chief Justice.

On March 10, 1949, a judgment was rendered in Eastland County foreclosing a tax lien on five acres of land described therein as follows:

“Tract 'No. 3: 5 ac. Abst. 68 L. Cooper Sur. as desc in Vol 342, Page 448, deed rec. of Eastland Co. Tex. & being out of the S]/2 of the NE14 Sec 4, Bile 4, H&TC Ry. Co. Sur. Eastland County, Texas, L. Cooper, Grantee.”
