*15 *548 ¶ 1 The plaintiff, Advanced Physicians, S.C., sought to maintain a qui tam action against the defendants, Provena Glenwood Medical Imaging (Provena) and Future Diagnostics Group, LLC (FDG). After extensive motion practice, the circuit court denied the defendants' motions, culminating in an interlocutory appeal under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 308 (eff. Jan. 1, 2015).
