The defendant was convicted of non-support on May 7, 1969, and was placed on probation without being sentenced. Later his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to a term in the penitentiary, 'We reverse the revocation.
The defendant’s conviction was affirmed by this court in Silcott v. People, 176 Colo. 442, 492 P.2d 70 (1971). He was placed on probation on- July 22, 1969. The text of the probation order was a printed form and the only reference to support of members of his family was the statement, “You are expected to pay your honest debts and obligations, and support your dependents.”…
