Defendant, Ben Harold Teague, was convicted by a jury in Van Burén County Circuit Court of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with the intent to commit a larceny therein. MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305. He was sentenced to from 10 to 15 years in prison and now appeals raising several issues for our consideration.
