OPINION

2Per curiam

This case came before the Supreme Court on May 11,1998, pursuant to an order direct ing both parties to show cause why the issues raised by this appeal should not be summarily decided. The plaintiff, the Housing Authority of the City of Providence (housing authority), has appealed the denial of its motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Rule 60(a) of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure. Having heard the arguments of counsel and reviewed the memoran-da submitted by the parties, we conclude that cause has not been shown. Therefore, we shall decide the case at this time.
