This is a drainage ease. Plaintiff landowners in the drainage district filed suit against the county auditor, the county board of supervisors, and the drainage district board of trustees to compel a reclassification of property subject to assessments for the costs óf a 1990 construction project. They alleged that notice of the proposed project was deficient, that the project was improperly classified as a repair, and that they were entitled to compensation for all of the property taken for the drainage easement.
