SAM GRIFFITH, Justice.

Binario Jones (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction for murder, for which he was sentenced to imprisonment for forty years. Appellant raises four issues on appeal. We affirm.

Background

Appellant confessed to setting fire to Beth Little’s (“Little”) house after he burgled it. 1 In his confession, Appellant stated that he set fire to a bed sheet to conceal the burglary, but did not know if the fire burned the house because it was a small fire when he left the scene.
