This case is presented to this court on a writ of certiorari. The writ brings up for review the action of the board of adjustment of the city of Newark in affirming the refusal of the superintendent of buildings of the city of Newark to grant to the prosecutor a permit for the erection of a gasoline service station in the city of Newark at the southwest corner of Broad street and Lincoln Park, known as Nos. 1075-1079 Broad street.
