This workmen’s compensation appeal involves the question of the compensability of a claim filed by the appellant, Norman G. Pennington, as a consequence of an injury allegedly suffered by him during his employment with the United States Steel Corporation, the ap-pellee. The single issue to be resolved is whether, as contended by the appellant, the workmen’s compensation appeal board was clearly wrong in holding that this claim was noncompensable.
