Curtis Robert McGhee pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153 and 113(a)(6), and was sentenced to 71 months of imprisonment and three years of supervised release. He began his first term of supervised release on January 30, 2013.
