FACTS

The Debtor, Hamilton Associates, Inc., dba Time Development and M & D Enterprises, (“Hamilton”) engaged in business as a framing subcontractor from 1982 through 1984. Hamilton had a contract with West Coast Holdings (“West Coast”) for a project known as “Newport Cove” to provide labor and materials to frame buildings under construction. Resolution of this matter requires consideration of the claims of four entities to money owed to Hamilton by West Coast.
