The jury trial in this case shall be rescheduled at the court’s earliest open date, and the case is hereby referred to Magistrate Judge Bruce J. McGiverin for all further proceedings, including the prompt setting of a pretrial conference and trial date, holding of jury trial, and subsequent entry of judgment, pursuant to 28 USC § 636.
