Aussie Robinson brought this action alleging that Monsanto Company discriminated against him on the basis of his race in violation of Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981. The jury returned a verdict on the section 1981 claim in favor of Monsanto and the district court 1 entered judgment on the Title VII claim in favor of Monsanto.
