RAWLINGS, Justice.

Original certiorari proceeding by respondent to review trial court order overruling a change of venue motion in marriage dissolution action. We annul the writ.

Plaintiff (petitioner) Donald Larson, filed in Marion County an action for dissolution of marriage. Defendant (respondent) Dorothy Larson, was served with notice thereof in Woodbury County where she has resided for more than 47 years.
