Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (James Yates, J.), rendered September 21, 1995, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of murder in the second degree, aggravated sexual abuse in the first degree and robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, 8Vs to 25 years *115and 8V3 to 25 years, respectively, and order, same court and Justice, entered on or about July 9, 2001, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment, unanimously affirmed.
