Specialist (SPC) Heather Pattin was convicted, pursuant to her pleas, of various drug related offenses in violation in Articles 81 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881 and 912 [hereinafter UCMJ]. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence to a bad-conduct discharge, four months of confinement, forfeiture of $500.00 per month for four months and reduction to Private El.
