Appellant Credithrift of America, Inc. brings this appeal to the partial grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees, Mr. and Ms. Morris.

The facts show that the Morrises obtained a $13,800 loan from Credithrift and pledged their home as security through the medium of a second mortgage. The parties agree that the transaction is governed by the provisions of Ga. L. 1968, p. 1086 (Code Ann. § 57-201 et seq.).
