THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Rule 60 Motion for Relief from Order (the “Rule 60 Motion”) filed on March 25, 2004 by Oakwood Acceptance Corporation (the “Plaintiff’) through its attorney, R. Ruben Gallegos.
