This suit was instituted by John Maunders and wife, Edith Maunders, against Russell Morgan and the Trinity Portland Cement Company, hereinafter referred to as cement company, to recover damages resulting from injuries received by the wife in a collision occurring at the intersection of Ninth and Grace streets in the city of Wichita Falls. Russell Morgan, as an employee of the cement company, of Dallas, Tex., was driving one of its trucks and traveling north on Grace street, and Mrs. Maunders was traveling west on Ninth street.
