In a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5) for leave to serve a late notice of claim, the petitioner appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Hurley, J.), dated June 6, 1986, which denied his motion for leave to reargue his application to serve a late notice of claim which was denied by a prior order of the same court, dated October 28, 1985.

Ordered that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
