This is an action to annul a lease for oil and gas and other minerals, and to annul a sale of the forest timber, on 40 acres of land in La Salle parish, in the Tensas Basin levee district, and to compel the state auditor and the register of the state land office to make a deed of the property, including the mineral rights and timber, to the plaintiff, board of commissioners of the levee district.
