This action is before the Court on defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, and on the parties’ Cross-Motions for Judgment on the Administrative Record. On March 28, 2016, plaintiff, Matthew Crumley, filed a complaint asserting that he was wrongfully separated from the United States Air Force (“USAF”) and seeks various forms of relief, including an order vacating his discharge from the USAF and the resulting back pay.
