This is arc action by Mollie Wolf, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, Isaac Wolf, deceased, against the City & Suburban Railway Co., a corporation, to recover damages resulting from his death, which was caused by his being struck by one of the defendant’s ears, August 26, 1902, in the City of Portland.
