Appellee filed this suit t'o set aside a final ruling and decision of the Industrial Accident Board, awarding her compensation for an injury received by her on September 27, 1921, while in the course of her employment as telephone operator and saleslady for the Goldstein-Migel Company. Appellant began paying compensation to appel-lee October 12, 1821, at the rate of $8.65 per week, and continued same until June 12,1922, which payments, including certain medical and hospital expenses, amounted to $261.9S.
