This case is before this Court upon appeal of a final order of the Circuit Court of Putnam County entered on April 28, 2006. Pursuant to that order, the appellant and defendant below, Danny Lee Cecil, was sentenced to a term of one to five years in the penitentiary for his conviction of the felony offense of sexual abuse in the first degree; a concurrent term often to twenty years for his conviction of sexual abuse by a custodian; and a consecutive term of ten to twenty years for his second conviction of sexual abuse by a custodian.
