Appellant Doyle Vandull “Roundman” Smith appeals the judgment of the Conway County Circuit Court convicting him of first-degree murder, criminal use of a prohibited weapon, and felon in possession of a firearm and sentencing him to a concurrent term of fife imprisonment. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2). Appellant’s sole contention on appeal is that the trial court erred in denying his motion for directed verdict on the charge of first-degree murder.
