Appeals from two decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed October 17, 1990, which, upon reconsideration, adhered to its prior decisions ruling, inter alia, that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
The employer, a nonprofit organization affiliated with and operated by a Lutheran church, operates a school for children from the 7th through 12th grades.
