LaPRADE, Justice.

This appeal is prosecuted, by the plaintiff below, from an order of the superior court of Navajo County quashing certain writs of garnishment theretofore sued out against Navajo County and the City of Wins- low, and releasing funds owed to defendant Ben Pearson, Navajo County deputy sheriff, and defendant A. T. Hartley, chief ■of police of the City of Winslow, impounded under the writs.
