Plaintiff-appellee William VandeLogt filed a complaint for a permanent injunction against defendants-appellants, Michael and Susan Brach, alleging that defendants were violating a protective covenant in their subdivision plat by building a second level to their garage resulting in more than a two-car garage capacity.
