This post-trial motion by Plaintiff seeks an award of interest, fees, and expenses against Allstate, her uninsured/underinsured motorist liability carrier, for its failure to act in good faith regarding the settlement of her case. The parties have previously battled over Allstate’s motion to quash Plaintiff’s subpoena duces tecum for the documents in Allstate’s claim file. The Court overruled that motion to quash on May 7,2015, as to documents other than those protected by a claim of privilege and ordered that Allstate prepare a privilege log describing any documents…
