We have before us two appeals growing out of divorce and custody proceedings extending over many years. The husband, Herbert Cum-miskey, in the court below sought by an action for a declaratory judgment to vacate and set aside a decree of divorce secured by his wife in the State of Arkansas. He appeals from an order of the lower court denying his motion to amend the findings or in the alternative for a new trial on the question of whether the Arkansas divorce is valid.
