| ,This is a suit arising out of a construction project involving the construction of 460 apartments in New Orleans, Louisiana. Plaintiff, Sturdy Built Homes, LLC, (“Sturdy Built”) entered into a subcontract agreement with defendant Carl E. Woodward, LLC d/b/a/ Woodward Design + Build (“CEW”) to provide labor, materials to fabricate and install wall panels, beams and floor trusses.
