The Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 113 (FOP), appeals as of right, and the Monroe County Sheriff and Monroe County Board of Commissioners cross-appeal, from an order of the circuit court denying enforcement of an arbi tration award. The parties on appeal are parties to a collective-bargaining agreement executed pursuant to the public employment relations act (PERA), MCL 423.201 et seq.; MSA 17.455(1) et seq.
