— This case is before' us on appeal from the judgment and order of the Circuit Court of Duval County, affirming an award of the Florida Industrial Commission.

The facts involved in this case are relatively simple and are not controverted. Sam Hamilton, while employed by the Southern Pine Chemical Company, sustained injuries on October 3, 1935, arising from and in the course of his employment, which resulted in his death on October 6, 1935.
