NICHOLLS, J.
The plaintiff in this suit brought suit against the defendant, her husband, for an .absolute divorce. She prayed for the custody of her two children and for alimony, alleging that she required at least $4 a week for the support of herself and her children, as she was in needy circumstances.
Judgment was rendered in her favor on December 19, 1906 (which was read and signed in open court on March 12, 1907), granting her, as prayed for, divorce and the custody of her children. The judgment further “ordered that defendant pay unto his wife alimony at the rate of…
