This is an action in case brought by George Bacon against Edmund A. Yfalsh, a physician and surgeon, to recover damages for alleged malpractice. A jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant. A motion for a new trial was overruled and judgment entered on the verdict. The plaintiff has sued out a writ of error to review the judgment.
