This case is a collection action involving nonpayment for goods invoiced and received. Defendant, NuLine Technologies, Inc. (Nu-Line), appeals from the orders of the trial court granting summary judgment to plaintiff, Steiner Electric Company (Steiner) and awarding Steiner’s attorney fees and court costs. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
