This action was brought by the appellant, Arthur E. Hopkins, administrator of the estate of Bertha Will, *682deceased, to compel by mandatory injunction the appellee, George Wiedemann Brewing* Company, a corporation, to issue to liim as such administrator a duplicate certificate for thirty paid up shares of its capital stock, of the par value of $500.00 each, in lieu of two certificates, numbered 77 and 92 respectively, for fifteen shares each, alleged to have been owned by the appellant’s decedent, Bertha Will, at the time of her death and which,…
