Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered in the New York county clerk’s office January 20, 1919, upon the verdict of a jury, and also from an order, entered January 17, 1919, denying the defendant’s motion for a new trial. Judgment and order affirmed, with costs.
