KRUCKER, Chief Judge.
The defendant, Billy Ray Adams, was; convicted in the Superior Court of Pima County, Arizona, on September 11, 1963, on both counts of an information charging burglary, second degree, and grand théft. The information also alleged a prior felony conviction which the defendant admitted prior to submission of the case to the jury.
