This is an original proceeding in mandamus brought in the name of the state by a county attorney. After the alternative writ was issued by this court certain additional parties were made defendants and other parties were given leave to and did intervene. The cause was submitted to this court on the motion of the defendant, who is represented by the attorney general, to quash the alternative writ.
