The United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration of the Department of Agriculture (“FmHA”) has moved to dismiss, with prejudice, Debtors’ voluntary bankruptcy case, filed pursuant to Chapter 11 of the, Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330 (“Code”). As additional relief, FmHA seeks to specifically prohibit Debtor Arthur C. McDermott from filing of further bankruptcy petitions prior to the conclusion of a state court foreclosure sale of his real property.…
