This is a petition by Elizabeth K. Knadler “to order and direct the E. P. Wilbur Trust Company of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and/or Luther Harr, Secretary of Banking of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as Receiver of the E. P.
