Before this court are the preliminary objections in the Nature of Demurrer and motion for sanctions that Washington County, the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, and Treasurer Francis King jointly filed on November 26, 2012. Defendants P.S. Hysong and Sean Lewis joined *269folly in the said preliminary objections1 and motion for sanctions three days later.
