COMBS, Judge.

Timothy Cormney appeals his conviction in Fayette Circuit Court for the offenses of second-degree manslaughter and driving under the influence. These charges stemmed from a ear crash that occurred on Alumni Drive in Lexington. Cormney contends that the circuit court erred by refusing to suppress evidence seized by the Commonwealth from the wreckage; by refusing to suppress evidence obtained as a result of an unlawful seizure of his clothing from the hospital; by permitting certain expert opinion testimony; and by failing to declare a mistrial.
