This appeal is before the Court upon a petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. The district court granted the writ finding that petitioner was denied his Sixth Amendment right to confrontation. We hold that the failure to give petitioner adequate notice of the charges against him violated the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. We therefore affirm the decision of the district court. 1
