In this attorney disciplinary matter, respondent and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) have entered into an Agreement for Discipline by Consent pursuant to Rule 21, RLDE, Rule 413, SCACR. In the agreement, respondent admits misconduct and consents to the imposition of a definite suspension, indefinite suspension, or disbarment. Respondent requests that the sanction be imposed retroactively to July 17, 2009, the date of his interim suspension. In the Matter of Kellett, 383 S.C. 479, 681 S.E.2d 575 (2009).
