Plaintiffs appeal from an order entered on March 19, 1981, granting accelerated or summary judgment in favor of defendant Captain Don Boone of the Ingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Plaintiffs John Ivankovich and his wife, Jacqueline Ivankovich, were the land contract vendees of property located at 1818 Bassett Street in Lansing. The Ivankoviches are on the board of directors and are shareholders of the Skimmer Manufacturing Corporation, which operated out of the building located at 1818 Bassett Street.
