ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION OF THE DEBTOR’S AMENDED CHAPTER 13 PLAN

Richard Bradley, the holder of an unsecured claim, has objected to confirmation *233of the debtor’s Amended Chapter 13 Plan [Dkt. No. 17], contesting confirmation under 11 U.S.C. §§ 1325(a)(3), 1325(a)(4), and 1325(a)(7).1 Richard’s objection, to confirmation is sustained in part, and confirmation of the Amended Chapter 13 Plan is denied.
