PERRY, Chief Judge.

Brandon Eddins appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion for a new trial. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

In September 2003, an officer received a report that the driver of a pickup was intoxicated. The officer positioned his patrol vehicle along the expected route of the pickup. Shortly thereafter, the officer observed a pickup, occupied by two people, that matched the description of the one reported.
